Chapter 1 - The Daily Prayer

Yet another day, when she asked God for the 4th time: "Are you sure you're not going to help me?"... It's been going on like this for years, huh!! But it has not been like this always, until one fine day, 9 years ago, when life suddenly decided to teach her all the life lessons in one go, as if she were running out of time, though she was just 17 years old when her life suddenly took a major, no, actually the biggest and the most drastic turn.

Nine years ago,

Shine was a simple girl from a middle-class joint family. She was doing fine and happy with her life, had many friends in school, and was born and brought up in a loving and caring family. Her parents were overprotective and a bit conservative, though. They never let her go anywhere alone, always accompanied by someone... her brother, her friends, or her family members.

Chapter 2 - Big Bold Dreams

She had always been a very happy and optimistic person. Also, someone very emotional with a sensitive heart and an overthinking mind, she was the one who trusted people very easily, but in contrast to her core soft personality, her dreams were bold. Since childhood she always dreamt of everything but a normal life, the one she had grown up seeing in a middle-class household.

Her dreams were to become a very successful entrepreneur, having multiple businesses all of her own, and live life on her own terms, earning the freedom and all the luxury she always got fascinated by, all by her hard work, making her own name in society with her work, kind of becoming well known and famous. Yes, yes, she had big bold dreams, and the biggest of all was having her freedom, to live life her own way… something she never got to do because of growing up with lots of restrictions and overprotective strict parents.

Her dreams were completely opposite of what her parents had for her… Getting a degree, getting a good job, and then getting married and having kids and the same normal life goes on…

Chapter 3 - The Hidden Passion

Apart from that, she was the one who her friends and often her mother reached out to whenever they found themselves stuck in a problem, or confused about something, or just feeling stressed and emotionally overwhelmed... "just life things," you know. And after talking to her, they always somehow would feel very calm and hopeful and get a solution to their problems or a direction for their confusion. She also always enjoyed listening to them and helping them emotionally or guiding them practically as the case may be.

When in 12th grade, one fine day she realized that she didn't just enjoy but actually had a great passion for guiding others and helping them emotionally... she always did that very effortlessly. So she decided to pursue psychology as her career after completing school.

She started dreaming of becoming a psychologist, helping others, and working hard and passionately to make her own name in this field.

Chapter 4 - Everyone Judged

But life had some other plans.

She always knew that her father wanted her to become a chartered accountant, one of the toughest courses, something she hates and fears equally. So after contemplating and overthinking for days and after discussing the same with her friends, one day, January 11, 2017, she finally gathered courage and told her father that she didn't want to be a Chartered Accountant and wanted to become a Psychologist, as she had found her passion in the same.

Her father has always loved her so much, and she really thought he would get angry at first, but he would understand and never say no to her. But she was very wrong! She felt broken for the first time in her life, completely alone when not only her father got angry at her and clearly denied her, but her whole family started seeing her as if she had asked to leave studies and wanted to marry right away after school, or as if she had committed a serious crime.

All the family members of her joint family started judging her for her career choice, and why not!! Because all her cousins, siblings, and even the children of her father's friends are all professionals like Advocates, CAs, Doctors, Architects, Teachers, Engineers… but according to her father, Psychology is not a professional field; it has no demand in the market, which was actually true; it was not that popular a career choice at that time, especially in India.

So her father could not take the fact that his daughter would not become one of those prestige professionals and end up going with something most people have not even heard of… How would he face society then, or his friends whose kids are big professionals… and another major worry was how he would let her go alone if she opted for something else that her twin brother was opting for… because it would be better if she opted for the same career as her twin brother; she would always be accompanied by her brother to college, like from the day 1 of school till the last day of 12 years of school life.

Chapter 5 - With a Heavy Heart

After pleading and crying for days to her family, she had no choice but to give up and go with their decision.

The first turn of the thrilling rollercoaster her life was about to become.

With a heavy heart, she started her journey to become a chartered accountant. The first 1.5 years of the journey went surprisingly so well. She cleared the entrance exam all by self-study; she made two new friends in her coaching classes and had a really great time with two of them. Her teachers were amazing, which made her like and understand the subjects very well. She kind of started enjoying the process and forgot about her resistance to this career in the first place. She also cleared the first part of the second level of the exams in the first go. She also got appreciation and a gift from two of the teachers, like all the other students who passed the exams with good marks. She was finally happy with her life again.

But... The GOOD part is over!

Chapter 6 - The Sudden Shift

Now started the back-to-back turns of this thrilling rollercoaster.

Soon, she started losing connection with all her school friends, except for just one or two who were still in touch with her. But she was kind of okay with that because she now had two new friends at her coaching classes.

(CA cannot be done from any college. You have to take classes on your own from private coaching institutes or do self-study, and then appear for the exams level-wise, pass all of them, complete the training, and then you become a CA).

After all the happy times,

something suddenly shifted inside her internally. During the last stretch of classes for the second part of the second level, she became very anxious and negative… to the point that she was ready to skip the upcoming exams.

All she did during the days of exam preparation was cry and overthink.

She could not study for exams and told her parents to skip this time, but her parents insisted her to at least appear for the exams, so she did, unprepared, and when the results came, obviously she failed because out of the four subjects and for a preparation time of 3 months, she didn’t study even one subject while spending the entire time being strangely very negative.

Chapter 7 - For The First Time In Life

Even her parents noticed the sudden shift in her behavior; the girl who gives hope and peace to others had now become very anxious and negative herself.

Even she didn’t know why she didn’t study for the exams… All she knew was a strange, strong, unshakable fear held her tightly. Fear of studying, fear of failing, fear of the amount of this huge syllabus, fear of forgetting what was learned… for the first time in her life, She intentionally went to the exam center unprepared, for the first time in her life. She failed!

But that was not the end.

After that attempt, she appeared for the same level exams two more times and failed again both times, for the same reason: her fear completely overpowered her senses.

During all these 12-13 months she lost contact with all her friends (school as well as coaching); not even one was left.

This broke her heart, leaving her completely alone with her misery, but she held onto hope and always tried to keep herself happy.

And then she decided to try one last time.

Chapter 8 - The Last Try

This time too that same fear engulfed her, and again she gave in to the fear and wasted the entire preparation time of 3 months, some days crying, some days pretending to be studying… even her parents started feeling helpless as to what had happened to their daughter, like she herself was; it was like she was ok but not ok. Whenever the exam time reached, she blanked out, lost all her senses.

But something happened this time, just a week before exams… I don’t know if it was the fruit of her unshakable faith in God, who helped her, or if it was her own hidden inner strength, and her willpower.

Whatever it was, that tiny little spark of hope and positivity was definitely enough for her to set the stage for victory.

Yes, you read it right, just a week, 4 subjects, and a syllabus no less than an ocean, all thanks to the CA curriculum (if you know, you know).

She studied hard during those 7 days, while still fighting the on-and-off panic attacks due to the same choking fear she thought was completely gone, but it wasn’t. It was still there, but this time God himself helped her to fight that fear and not let it blank her out.

As a result, after a wasted year, this time she appeared for the exams prepared and relaxed.

After 1.5 months comes the Result Day.

As you can guess, she passed!

She Passed!!

Little did she know, alongside this happiness, another adventure was waiting for her.

Chapter 9 - Perfect Timing

Soon after her results, one day while scrolling through social media, a man made an entry into her life.

To give you some context, she was a girl who had never even had a male friend in her life. She had always been a hopeless romantic, though—the kind who always fantasizes about her love life. She dreamed of how a gentleman would one day come into her life, put her on a pedestal, and shower her with all the love she had seen in movies. She was never very active on social media, especially when she had no friends to talk to; it was just a way to pass the time scrolling whenever she felt like it.

They both started interacting online; just after two – three interactions, she became very comfortable with him. Finally, after being sad and alone for 1.5 years, she finally had someone to call a friend, someone she could talk to…

He was always very nice to her, well-mannered, well-educated, and, you know what, a man who doesn’t abuse and drink. Can you imagine, like, seriously!!

For her, it was like a movie scene in real life, where a perfect gentleman has fallen into her life out of nowhere, making her feel like a priority, understanding her, showing efforts for her…

It all felt like perfect timing to her, as if God saw her crying and alone for more than a year and one day decided to bless her with a perfect gentleman to vanquish her loneliness and make her feel happy and loved again.

Just like in movies, the "Perfect Timing" thing….

Everything was going so good; she started being happy all the time. Yes, you guessed it right… It was due to him; she had always been the girl who wore her heart on her sleeves, so she fell for him right after some interactions.

And it wasn't just her; in fact, he fell for her too. There was such a strong magnetic pull between them that could never be explained in words—a connection that felt as if it had existed for ages. They both immediately felt as if they had always known each other.

The feelings were mutual; they both were very happy and comfortable with each other. He found his peace in her, while she found her home in him. A connection written in the stars!

Chapter 10 - Next Two Years

Alongside this, they were also doing fine in their lives. She was focusing on her training and taking online recorded classes for the final level of the CA exams, which were set to happen 2.5 years from then. (Because in CA, you can appear for final-level exams only after completing your 2.5 years of practical training.)

And he was also doing well in his professional life. He was 5 years older than her, an advocate with his own legal practice firm.

Everything went on like this happily for 2 years. They both interacted with each other online, very happy with each other’s company while focusing on their respective lives. Everything was going good between them, though they never met each other in person. But they both were okay with that; their little interactions every day were enough to keep them happy and together.

Let me clear up one thing: they both knew they had fallen for each other, but neither of them ever confessed… maybe thinking it would look “too soon” or “too desperate." But deep down, they were aware of each other's feelings and were okay letting things go on like this…

For next 2 years, life felt happier and easier for her, though she was still struggling to focus on her studies. There were mainly two reasons for this:

First, she had always been a very delusional, hopeless romantic kind of girl, and one who got distracted very easily by her thoughts. So, many times she found herself lost in thoughts of him and distracted from her studies.

Second, THAT SAME STRANGE FEAR would engulf her sometimes during her online classes or while studying. Yes, that same fear would make her blank, distracting her from her studies and exam preparations. But now, she was able to handle those moments so they affected her the least.

Chapter 11 - Something Happened

And just like that, 2.5 years passed, all with the training, online classes for finals, and her most favorite distraction - her love.

And finally her final exams time arrived… 3 months of preparation time.

I think you have already guessed it. Yes!

This time too, THAT SAME STRONG FEAR appeared in her life right two weeks before her exams. As a result, she failed the final exams.

Another attempt after 3 months, and she failed again.

It all felt like the darkness she had overcome 4 years ago with her willpower and determination had returned, blinding her and her senses all over again…

But through all this time, she knew one thing clearly: if she could defeat that fear back then, 4 years ago, she could definitely defeat it again.

Every time she failed, she got up stronger to try once more, with just one goal in her mind: to become a CA. She said this line to herself every single day: "This is the very last step of this journey. I have come this far; now GIVING UP is not even an option, no matter what it takes, no matter how hard things try to break me."

Now, the hope, peace, and guidance she used to provide to others were the exact things she needed to give to herself every day…

To KEEP GOING no matter how hard it got, she decided she would only stop when she passed the exams and became a CA; there was no going back now.

BUT then, something happened.

The man she was in love with for the last 4 years—THE GENTLEMAN—was not really a gentleman…

Chapter 12 - The Gentleman

It felt like God Himself decided to step in. She didn’t do anything or say anything, nothing…. Because she had no reason to; for her, he was her only happiness, her only hope, the the only person she felt comfortable with like no one else in her entire life—not even her parents or her sibling…. Literally no one.

The man she loved and cared for more than herself…. She was deeply in love with him, and though she never directly confessed to him, she always gave him hints about her feelings indirectly. Her heart was pure, her intentions were pure… she saw a future with him.

But maybe God had seen and heard something that she couldn't.

So, God decided to take the blindfold off her eyes and let her see reality. God started dropping evidence into her lap, one piece after another, until she was brave enough to accept the real face of that man.

The reality was shown to her… some things through social media, some things through her strong, on-point intuitions, some things through their disagreements, and mostly through her sharp observation skills…

What she realized shattered her into pieces and broke her trust…. But it was still not enough for her to leave him.

Sometimes she confronted him, just to know if what GOD Himself was showing her was real or not, and she kept giving him time. She was still in love with him, hoping he would change…. But after 1.5 years of straight-out denial of reality, she finally gathered the courage to accept the truth.

Behind her back, he was keeping his options open and showing interest in other women. Moreover, he was an emotionally immature person, never emotionally available to her—especially during the times when she needed him the most. Those were the times when fear surrounded her strongly, making her go completely blank, causing panic attacks and extreme anxiety. Those were the times when she was unable to study for her exams and failed them.

During those times, he was never there for her; she didn’t hear even a single word of support or positivity from his side. Not just that, he never actually bothered about her failing her exams or struggling so much with her studies; he never even asked about the history or the cause of the prolonged fear she had faced for years.

It was as if her happiness or sadness meant nothing to him,.

She definitely expected him to be with her, ask her if she was okay, or give her words of support. But she never got any of that from him. Of course, it made her upset, though it was still not enough to make her doubt him or his love… because she was blinded by love. She could not see any of the red flags in his behavior, or even if she noticed them, she chose not to accept them.

He was not a bad person; he never misbehaved with her or tried to force her into anything. He was dishonest and man who feared vulnerability and commitment so much. So, even if he didn’t show interest in other women, there were still high chances that he would never openly express his feelings to her and would never commit to her. He was actually taking her and her love for granted, which was the fact that broke her heart the most.

Chapter 13 - Hope for Change

Even after knowing everything, she could not leave him. She kept waiting and continued things the way they were, just in the hope that he would change, everything would change one day, and they would be able to figure it all out. Though she knew it was too late, she had developed major trust issues toward him and knew that no matter how hard she tried, she was not able to see him with the same love, respect, and blind trust she once had.

She continued everything for 1 more year, though not with the same affection and with some strict boundaries, doing this only with the hope that eventually everything would be okay… but nothing changed.

After 5 full years, She let him go.

she finally gathered the courage to choose herself and her self-respect.

It broke her heart, shattered her into a million pieces, gave her major trust issues, and became a trauma for life… but it saved her soul, her dignity, and her future.

She was born to be a lover but was forced to learn detachment and boundaries. She had always been a girl who could never give up on anything or anyone easily, no matter how hard it got, but she gave up on this—maybe for the first time in her life.

But she had still not given up on CA yet.

Chapter 14 - The Physical Turmoil
During those 2 years, she gave 2 more attempts at the final level, but failed both times.

And with that came her back-to-back 5th failure.

She felt completely devastated mentally, emotionally, and physically—completely alone and hopeless.

For the first time, she felt like she needed someone to listen to her, be with her, and give her hope and a solution to her problems. But there was no one she could share all of that with—not even her parents, as she knew they would never understand her and, in fact, would scold her for being with a man for 5 years without letting them know.

It felt as if someone had locked her in a room full of darkness with very little air for the rest of her life. It was something she had to deal with all alone. There was no escape.

1. She had to let go of the person she had loved the most, more than herself, her family, and more than anything in the world—her first love.

2. She had no friends, not even one.

3. She had failed 5 times consecutively, and the fear that had always haunted her had only increased because of the intense heartbreak and her deteriorating physical health.

4. The heartbreak and the failures not only damaged her emotionally and mentally but also started damaging her physically. Soon after she discovered the reality of the man she loved, she could not take all of the stress at once and started falling ill in a very strange way.

It was as if she faced back-to-back illnesses for 3 straight years. It started with a severe, constant ache in her torso all day, from the moment she woke up to the moment she went to sleep at night. It continued for months with no break. Then, a strong allergy came up, which made her entire body incredibly itchy, anywhere, anytime. It continued for almost 10 months with no break. As soon as it was over, she developed a major acne breakout on her face, which made her cheeks red and swollen all the time, damaging her confidence.

While she was trying to regain her confidence through this swollen, red face, another major problem came up: a severe weakness in her bones and her entire body. It reached the extent where she struggled to even walk properly, bend, raise her hands, sleep comfortably, turn to the side while sleeping, or sit for too long. Her body became extremely weak to do even basic everyday activities like walking, sitting, or standing for more than several minutes, which continued for about 13–14 months.

And after that, some more problems arose which can’t easily be described. All I can say is it caused something very painful in her private parts too…

The moment one problem vanished, the next day something else would come up… it felt like her life was all about pain and medicines for those three years, without having even ONE DAY'S BREAK. Yes, it was continuous and back-to-back.

Chapter 15 - But Unfortunately

For Shine, it was always the most difficult thing to give up on something…

So, despite everything, she decided to give one last try to the final step of this CA journey.

The pain had not left her side, but now she had learned to live with it without losing herself and her happiness. With all her willpower, her optimistic approach towards life, and her unshakable faith in God… she prepared her best for the exams. This time, she was very calm and relaxed. There was less fear and more of her mental strength and her determination.

And this time… SHE BECAME A CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT.

YES, YES, she finally passed!

She fought the darkness that was completely ready to break her, but she refused to give up. And here she was… after 7 years in this course, she was finally, proudly, CA Shine.

But unfortunately, life still had no plans to go easy on her…

Chapter 16 - The Embarrassment

The little confidence and hope that she finally gained from becoming a CA were there for just some days. The next challenge life was about to throw at her was a total loss of confidence and sheer embarrassment when she didn’t get any job for 2 years straight…

Even after earning such a prestigious degree, she was unemployed for 2 years. She had to face immense embarrassment from her relatives, family members, and neighbors whenever they asked her about what she was doing. To that, she never had any other answer but to say she was looking for work…

During those 2 years, she decided not to depend strictly on a job based on her degree(and if you are wondering, she was least interested in setting up her own practice firm, YOU KNOW WHY, so that was not even an option to her). She felt she should also try some other things, so she tried multiple things online—from affiliate marketing, trading, and teaching, to making aesthetic books like journals and notebooks and other interesting stuff to publish and sell online. She even tried virtually guiding others and helping them come out of their emotional struggles (HER PASSION), making content on social media, etc. She really enjoyed all of those different things so much that she literally felt alive after years in darkness.

But time was clearly not on her side yet. NOTHING WORKED IN HER FAVOR!

But she was our very own Shine; she never knew how to give up.

In the last 9 years, she broke a thousand times and stood up stronger every time.

NOT EVER READY TO GIVE UP!!

Chapter 17 - Nine Years

9 YEARS of this thrilling rollercoaster which took all the twisted turns possible:

1. FROM BEING FORCED TO LEAVE HER PASSION AND CHOOSING THE CAREER SHE HATED AND FEARED THE MOST

2. BEING LEFT WITH ZERO FRIENDS (she was never that attached or open to any of her family members or relatives, so she was literally left with no one to talk to about what was going on with her heart and her mind)

3. BACK-TO-BACK FAILURES AT BOTH LEVELS, MAKING A TOTAL OF FAILING 9 TIMES

4. UNBEARABLE HEARTBREAK BY LETTING GO OF THE PERSON SHE LOVED AND FELT THE MOST COMFORTABLE WITH IN HER ENTIRE LIFE

5. ENDURING BACK-TO-BACK ILLNESSES, PHYSICAL PAIN, AND MEDICINES FOR A COMPLETE 3 YEARS WITH NO BREAK OF EVEN 1 DAY

6. COMPLETE LOSS OF CONFIDENCE AND SELF-WORTH WITH THE UTMOST EMBARRASSMENT OF STAYING UNEMPLOYED FOR 2 YEARS, SITTING AT HOME IDLY, FINANCIALLY DEPENDENT ON HER PARENTS

7. AND OF COURSE, COUNTLESS TEARS AND SLEEPLESS NIGHTS… AND ALL THOSE TIMES WHEN SHE REALLY WANTED TO GIVE UP ON HER LIFE AND END THIS NEVER-ENDING PAIN FOREVER.

BUT HERE SHE IS. Even after all of this, she remained optimistic, hopeful, and a firm believer that “TIME NEVER STAYS THE SAME. IF IT IS TESTING YOU NOW, IT WILL BLESS YOU LATER."

That is exactly what she did: she waited for her turn, meanwhile learning all the lessons life tried to teach her over the last 9 years. It was really a very tough journey, but it made her realize how much strength she holds within—something she was never aware of before. She witnessed a version of herself she would never have believed in if, 9 years ago, someone had told her about her immense willpower, bravery, and mental strength hidden within her.

Chapter 18 - Clients and Orders

Now comes the HAPPY PART!!

It seemed like GOD finally thought, "yes, now she has learned enough lessons." So, He decided to finally help her.

You remember the big, bold dreams of our then-young, soft Shine? I guess God was also impressed with her dreams, as He blessed her with a key to achieve the dreams she saw years ago—dreams that always lived in a safe corner within her despite everything she had faced. Her dreams were always alive within her soul and her heart. She always believed one day she would definitely make them come true.

And now it was time for them to become real.

On June 9, 2026, a fine lucky day, she got her first client as a life coach, followed by two others, and so on… Within just 3 months, she successfully guided and helped more than 50 people… FOR THE FIRST TIME, SHE WAS LIVING HER PASSION.

And all the books she made, which had initially received zero orders, suddenly started getting sales; as if they were waiting for the "right timing", buyers were loving them! This made her want to make more of such books—something she really enjoyed so much.

Now she has so much work to do, and she is financially independent and confident. She is HAPPY AND HOPEFUL FOR HER FUTURE AHEAD!

Remember when she mentioned she dreamed of becoming a successful entrepreneur? By that, she meant having her own female clothing brand with her own designs… as she was always fascinated by that idea. Before you take it somewhere else: no, she doesn’t have a massive clothing brand yet; of course, that would take a lot of time, capital, and immense hard work…

But soon, she decided to start working on that dream too—the biggest of all her dreams. She prepared some designs and researched all about how she could start her business (initially online) and what resources, manpower, and raw materials it would require.

It seemed like, once again, luck was on her side.

The designs she prepared and posted online were liked by many women, which gave her immense confidence in her ideas and style. After some days, one of those women who loved her designs contacted her to make some pieces for her own clothing store… Yes, her first order—and a big one!

That news made her jump with pure happiness. It will take time and a lot of hard work, but she is now ready to do everything to make her dreams come true.

When she told her parents about that order and showed them her designs, they became very happy and supported her completely. With the help of her parents, she figured out all the resources required to complete her first order… and enthusiastically started working on it.

Chapter 19 - Trust The Process

FROM HAVING NOTHING TO DO FOR 2 YEARS TO NOW BEING BUSY WITH WORK:

A life coach,

A creator,

And now, a businesswoman.

She is loving being busy and financially independent. She finally feels very confident in herself and is ready to work hard and do whatever it takes to live her dream life.

OUR SHINE, OUTSHINED!!

Her story proved that where there is a will, there’s a way. SHE HAS ALWAYS HAD THE WINGS TO FLY HIGH; SHE JUST DISCOVERED THEM THE HARD WAY.

Maybe in the future too she will face delays, obstacles, tough times, or struggles with luck… but one thing is for sure: now, whatever life throws at her, she is ready to face it head-on without letting herself ever break.

TIME NEVER STAYS THE SAME; IF IT IS TESTING YOU, YOU KNOW IT WILL BLESS YOU LATER.

JUST KEEP GOING,

BELIEVE IN YOURSELF,

TRUST THE PROCESS,

AND NEVER GIVE UP.
