The Day We Ditched

Three Black high school seniors by the names of Marcus, Jamal, and Tasha all skip class on October 15, 2024, seeking a break from midterms at Westview High. They head to an abandoned warehouse by the river, their secret hangout, where they laugh and plan alibis. Their fun turns tense when they discover a disheveled man with cash and a gun, sparking a chase after Tasha snaps a photo.
